Then we wikiwiki makai (hurry to the sea)! We decided to go to the beach right in front of our resort, Polo Beach. But first we need to pick up our life support of two strawberry and banana smoothies and two cups of bar mix.

Because of the big storm the waves were pretty big for Wailea. A few of the waves came way up on the beach around where our lounge chairs were. We had everything off the ground but others saw their shoes and stuff begin to float away. We joked that we missed the tsunami warning.
This isn't me.
We even had local boys here to surf. Since I’m a "nui shredding haole" (great surfing white boy), I grabbed my boogie board and hit the waves with them.
This is me.
Later we went to the pool. We ran into the honeymooning couple and they said they loved Mama’s.

For dinner we went to Ruths Chris Steak House and ate…steak.
